More details and specifics are detailed below. One wire wheel cover original for 79-81 Eldorado models these were also used on some Seville models as well. LISTED AS PARTS NOT WORKING because there is no lock bolt or cylinder. Cap is in good daily driver condition and has been taken apart, reconditioned and cleaned. There are visible marks scratches and dings visible as well as minor pitting on the cast parts. The center area has some visible curb damage The lock hole cover which is the Cadillac crest is not included The locking cylinder and lock have been removed so this cap will only mount with the steel backing and clips: Overall a very nice cap for a driver car.
