I assure you that I know exactly what I am offering here....and that is a Chrome Crest for any factory Eldorado wheel cover from 1974-78. ITEM CONDITION : Cadillac Eldorado wheel cover parts take a beating over time - The low location and constant spinning make them quiet prone to stone nicks, scratches and scuffs. Additionally age and weathering can cause them to fade, "pepper" (white or black dotting) or acquire a hazed appearance. These wreaths had a design weakness that made the posts break off/rot off after decaying a bit. No way to repair these. I came across these while cleaning out the basement last week - had set them aside for a project apparently. I have a few Excellent Condition / Bagged Chrome Wreaths ( sold individually - 4 available ). I'll call these " A " Grade quality since there isn't any wear & tear -- can't get any better than that. Excellent shine, no pits, no haze, no broken pins, etc etc. Top notch stuff. It's time to get these onto your Eldorado~! Original style mounting hardware is also included - the circular shims used 1977-78 AND the squared push clips of the 1974-76 era . Simply remove your old wreath and install the replacement one in a few minutes. A great way to freshen your wheel cover instantly.
