Item description The item you are bidding on is a New Old Stock never installed GM one (1) 1979 Cadillac Eldorado and Buick Riviera as well as 1980 Cadillac Eldorado and Seville with chrome wire wheel covers (hub caps). This was part os the N91-N95 option package, the book also makes note that the lock is green which indeed it is. It is also still in the old original GM wrapper.
