Grade B levels (Driver Grade Level) = Pretty Good "Driver" Condition (B++) , Good "Driver" Condition (B+) / Average condition/fair condition (B). Poor (C, C+). All "B" & "C" Grades will have more visible damage than any "A" Grade (See other listings for those). Ratings are based on the visual appeal of the wheel cover as well as the physical condition of the metal...but not paint (if applicable). ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE: 1976-79 Seville WHEEL COVER GRADE LEVEL : "B++" (Pretty Good Driver Grade Condition) DESCRIPTION : This is a decently presentable wheel cover since "B++" grade wheel covers have very smaller amounts of damage - but usually several locations of that damage. Still, no major dents, etc. The outer Perimeter Rim is mainly where the damage is located, as it has multiple (hammer/mallet?) indents / dings (around 12 or so). None of those are "gashes" but instead they are "soft" indents. Some scratching is present too. Oddly it doesn't appear as badly as it sounds. Aside from that the rest of the wheel cover is EXCELLENT. The Ribs and the "valley" are Superb. Great Black paint on the ribs, not peeling or faded like most. The Outer Crown Edge is Excellent -- nice mirror shine. The Center Face is Excellent, with no scratching of any significance. Super shine to the entire wheel cover! The colors on the Crest have been color restored, so they are bold and beautiful. Wreath is decently shiny. It's not "perfect" (see my eBay store if you need Excellent ones) but it sure carries itself well after 49 years! The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The m ounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc.....
