Grade B levels = Driver Grade Pretty Good (B++), Driver Grade Good Shape (B+), Average Condition (B), Fair/Poor but Usable Condition (B-, C+, C). All "B" & "C" Grades will have more visible damage than any "A" Grade. Ratings are based on the physical condition of the metal and the overall perceptive appearance, not paint (if applicable). This auction item's grade is highlighted in BLUE on this scale. ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE : 1974-1978 Eldorado (Fits all 1967-78 Eldorado FWD 15" steel rims). ITEM CONDITION : This auction is for ONE wheel cover in Grade "A" condition , per the ranking scale listed above. I consider this quality range as " EXCELLENT CONDITION". Essentially this is the highest quality of used wheel covers that you could hope to find. They will have great visual appeal with barely any imperfections (outside of very light wear & tear). Many high resolution close-up pictures are shown in ALL Caddypartz listings~! ITEM DETAILS : This stunning wheel cover just turned 50 years old and it's defying Father Time . Everything on the wheel cover is in Excellent Condition with any exceptions noted below. The Perimeter Outer Rim is flawless -- no hammer dents/dings, no curb rashing/mashing. Great Shine! The Spokes are fully complete, none bent. Awesome shaper. The Crown Edge has never met a curb to smash, to it's wonderfully straight and super shiny too. Only 1 stone ding on the whole Crown - this wheel cover must have come from a very low mileage car. Lastly - the Center Face (what you see the most). Excellence! No scrapes, dents, nicks, etc. Great shine (deja-vu!). That's it for damage in 50 years - essentially none! This wheel cover was disassembled, deep cleaned and gently hand polished. It now has an OEM fully color-restored Crest, which looks bold and beautiful (as it should!). It also also has a very shiny OEM chrome wreath. It's Show Grade quality~! The wheel cover was test mounted on an Eldorado rim and fit decently. All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc..... A dirty and stinky wheel cover will NOT be coming your way! Mounting tabs are also neutral adjusted as well. K eep your expectations realistic, this is a 50+year old wheel cover with lower than average use characteristics. Therefore NO other front or rear wheel drive hubcaps will ever work on the Eldo...just the original factory ones.** NOTE: This is an old-school wheel cover! You may have to bend some of the retaining tabs to get it to fit perfect on your steel wheels....especially if you have balancing weights. This wheel cover will fit any 1971-78 Eldorado with the stock factory 15" steel rims. Cadillac never offered anything else but that rim back in the day.
