Grade B levels (Driver Grade Level) = Pretty Good "Driver" Condition (B++) , Good "Driver" Condition (B+) / Average condition/fair condition (B). Poor (C, C+). All "B" & "C" Grades will have more visible damage than any "A" Grade (See other listings for those). Ratings are based on the visual appeal of the wheel cover as well as the physical condition of the metal...but not paint (if applicable). ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE: 1973 All Cadillac models EXCEPT Eldorado WHEEL COVER GRADE LEVEL : "B+" (Good Driver Grade Condition). Wheel covers in this grade level will have some strong visual points as well as some obvious imperfection/damage. Budget Zone (if you need something nicer, visit my eBay store for more selections)~! DESCRIPTION : This is a decently presentable wheel cover since "B+" grade wheel covers (Driver Grade Zone) have very smaller amounts of damage - but usually several locations of that damage. This one is sort of an exception -- it does not have any dents, scrapes, dings, etc. (rare for a B+ Grade cap!). However it does have some water stains in the valley area (whitish-greenish). Hubcap probably sat outdoors for many years, stacked so that water would retain water within the cap. Maybe you know of a way to remove those stains? If you do then this hubcap would be Near Excellent once removed. Aside from that water damage, the Center Face (what you mostly see) is in Very Good Condition. Very bright and shiny. I color-restored the Cadillac Crest so that it looks bold & beautiful. The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The m ounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc.....
