This is a new old stock Wheel Cover for the following Cadillac models: 1973 Cadillac all models except Eldorado models NOTE: 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham models used a crest that was the same size as the one installed on this wheel cover, but it had a lucite insert to give an enhanced apperance. Also, these Brougham models had a wreath surrounding the lucite crest. The original part number for the Brougham wheel cover was 3515890. If you take this wheel cover we are offering, 3515854 and change the crest to the lucite version, and install the wreath, you will have the Brougham version of the wheel cover. If you have a Brougham, and wish to purchase the emblem and wreath to make this into the Brougham style cover, please ask! Original GM part number 3515854. .
