Grade B levels (Driver Grade Level) = Pretty Good "Driver" Condition (B++) , Good "Driver" Condition (B+) / Average condition/fair condition (B). Poor (C, C+). All "B" & "C" Grades will have more visible damage than any "A" Grade (See other listings for those). Ratings are based on the visual appeal of the wheel cover as well as the physical condition of the metal...but not paint (if applicable). ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE: 1970 All Cadillac models EXCEPT Eldorado WHEEL COVER GRADE LEVEL : "B++" (Pretty Good Driver Grade Condition). Wheel covers in this grade level will have some strong visual points as well as some lighter imperfection/damage spots. DESCRIPTION : This is a decently presentable wheel cover since upper "B++" grade wheel covers (Driver Grade Zone) have very smaller amounts of damage - but usually several locations of that damage. This one has some random curb scuffing, mostly in the upper portion of the wheel cover. The Valley area is great, no damage to the ribs. The Center Face (what you mostly see ) is Very Good. Great shine. There is a touch of metal wobble at the lower Face. I color-restored the Cadillac Crest so that it looks bold & beautiful. Additionally I retouched the black outlining. The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The m ounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc..... Dirty and stinky wheel covers will NOT be coming your way!
