Grade B levels (Driver Grade Level) = Pretty Good "Driver" Condition (B++) , Good "Driver" Condition (B+) / Average condition/fair condition (B). Poor (C, C+). ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE: 1968-1969 All Cadillac models EXCEPT Eldorado WHEEL COVER GRADE LEVEL : "B++" (Pretty Good Driver Grade Condition). Wheel covers in this grade level will have some strong visual points as well as some lighter imperfection/damage spots. Budget Zone (if you need something nicer, visit my eBay store for more selections)~! DESCRIPTION : This is a decently presentable wheel cover since upper "B++" grade wheel covers (Driver Grade Zone) have very smaller amounts of damage - but usually several locations of that damage. This damage on this one is mainly in the Outer Perimeter Rim, where it has a few light curb scuffs as well as about 14 mallet / hammer dings. Aside from that it's Near Excellent. The paint in the ribbed circular area is really strong (most have worn off by now). The Center Face and Outer Crown is bright and shiny - no stone dings or scratches. I color-restored the Cadillac Crest so that it looks bold & beautiful. Additionally I retouched the black outlining of the Center Face. Work out some of those hammer dings and this could be a nearly perfect wheel cover. The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The m ounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc.....
