Grade B levels (Driver Grade Level) = Pretty Good "Driver" Condition (B++) , Good "Driver" Condition (B+) / Average condition/fair condition (B). Poor (C, C+). All "B" & "C" Grades will have more visible damage than any "A" Grade (See other listings for those). Ratings are based on the visual appeal of the wheel cover as well as the physical condition of the metal...but not paint (if applicable). ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE: 1966-1967 All Cadillac models EXCEPT Eldorado (1967) WHEEL COVER GRADE LEVEL : "A--" (Pretty Good Condition). Wheel covers in this grade level will have some strong visual points as well as some lighter imperfection/damage spots. Budget Zone (if you need something nicer, visit my eBay store for more selections)~! DESCRIPTION : This is a very decently presentable wheel cover since "A--" grade wheel covers (Driver Grade Zone) have smaller amounts of damage - but usually several locations of that damage. This one's damage is mostly contained in the Perimeter Rim. The upper left quadrant of the wheel cover briefly scraped a curb, l eaving behind some scratching/scuffing and light metal compression. Aside from that, the rest of the wheel cover is Near Excellent. Great Center Face, nice and shiny, void of any stone nicks or scratches of consequence. It does have a faint dimple at the far bottom. The black paint on the ribs is near perfect. I color-restored the Cadillac Crest so that it looks bold & beautiful. The wheel cover was test mounted on a RWD Cadillac 15" rim and fit decently. The m ounting tabs have been neutral-adjusted for you (re-adjust if needed). All of my wheel covers have been professionally cleaned to remove tar, oils, road grime, brake dust, etc..... Dirty and stinky wheel covers will NOT be coming your way! Items will be shipped via Insured US Priority Mail.
